He consistently asked the right questions, tested assumptions, and ensured decisions were grounded in data and experience, building long term confidence and accountability.
One of his greatest strengths is leadership development. Noureddine didn’t just build teams for current needs—he developed leaders for the future. He provided stretch opportunities, shared different dimensions of leadership, and challenged individuals to grow rather than relying only on appreciation.
Despite operating at a Director level, there were many occasions when he worked side by side with his leaders and even contributed individually when required. He never led from the chair—he led from the ground.
For many of us, Noureddine was the last point of guidance—the person we turned to when all options seemed exhausted, knowing that there would always be clarity, direction, or a workable solution. In many ways, he is truly a dictionary of leadership, demonstrating it consistently through action rather than words.
I consider myself extremely fortunate to have worked under his leadership for so many years. Much of how I approach leadership today is shaped by his vision, values, and example.
